Life is short, and every moment counts. Why stick around people who treat you like a pinata at a party, getting bashed from all angles but getting no goodies in return? It’s much like trying to dodge heavy rain drops instead of using an umbrella, why not seek out those who bring sunshine instead? It's essential to recognise when someone is draining your energy, leaving you feeling battered and bruised. It’s time to summon your inner ninja and make a swift exit from relationships that really don't serve you.
Having pointless arguments? They’re nothing more than a treadmill of frustration, much like trying to cure a hangover with another drink, only leading to extra chaos. Don't waste your breath on wind up merchants that argue for the sake of it. Instead, focus your energy on those people whose conversations inspire and elevate you. Engage with people who recognise your true worth and who celebrate your special qualities, because those connections are the ones that really matter.
You're not here to please everyone. If someone can’t see your value, it’s their loss, not yours. Press that reject button on toxicity! You deserve to surround yourself with positivity, laughter, and joy, those delightful moments that fill your heart and soul without a side order of drama queen.
So, lace up your walking boots and prepare to strut confidently away from anything that doesn’t serve your highest good. Your mental health will flourish, and before you know it, you’ll be on a wonderful journey toward self worth, peace and happiness. Embrace the abundance life has to offer, by making room for the blessings that await you. Remember, you are deserving of love, joy, and all the wonderful things life has in store. Go out there and claim it.

Biography: I have been living with fibromyalgia and autoimmune disorders for many years. Interestingly, various symptoms of these conditions have been similar to the early signs of High Grade Large B Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma cancer. Given that I was diagnosed at Stage 3 when I began my chemotherapy journey, raising awareness about the similarities between these experiences is something I'm truly passionate about. I hope to inspire others to seek knowledge and understanding regarding potential similarities, as doing so can lead to earlier intervention and support. By doing so, together, we can highlight these similarities and empower one another on our paths to healing.
